Requirements
- Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or technical account leadership
- Guided complex organizations from technical evaluation through production adoption and value realization
- Strong software and cloud architecture foundations including APIs, data integration, identity and security
- Understanding of modern AI systems, frontier LLMs, agentic applications and evaluation
- Ability to prototype with APIs, SDKs and languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience building credibility with senior technical and business leaders and managing complex stakeholders
- Experience with education technology, higher education, K-12 or research institutions is a bonus
