• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles like solutions architecture or AI deployment
• Proven success guiding enterprises from evaluation through production adoption and business impact
• Credibility with executives and engineers, translating between strategy and hands-on delivery
• Strong software and cloud architecture foundations across data, security, privacy and integration
• Understanding of modern AI systems including LLMs, agentic apps, evaluation and retrieval
• Ability to prototype with APIs and SDKs such as Python or JavaScript and explain tradeoffs
• Experience owning technical account plans and prioritizing complex customer portfolios
