Requirements

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, solutions engineering, or AI deployment
• Guided enterprise organizations from technical evaluation through production adoption and measurable impact
• Builds credibility with senior technical and business leaders while working well with engineers
• Strong software and cloud architecture foundations across APIs, distributed systems, data integration, identity, security and privacy
• Understanding of modern AI systems, frontier LLMs, agentic applications, evaluation and retrieval
• Ability to prototype and explain tradeoffs using APIs, SDKs, and Python or JavaScript
• Experience developing technical account plans and prioritizing complex customer portfolios
• Industry expertise or fluency with digital-native business needs
• Clear communication turning ambiguity into technical narrative and action plans
• Collaborative mindset with commitment to responsible AI deployment
