Requirements

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or technical account leadership
• Track record guiding enterprise organizations from evaluation through production adoption and measurable impact
• Strong software and cloud architecture foundations across APIs, distributed systems, data, security and privacy
• Understanding of modern AI systems including frontier LLMs, agentic applications and evaluation
• Ability to prototype with APIs and SDKs in Python or JavaScript and explain technical tradeoffs
• Meaningful retail expertise or fluency with retail and consumer business needs
• Clear communicator who builds credibility with executives and engineers and turns ambiguity into action
