• Strong technical aptitude across AI systems, APIs, integrations, architecture, and security dependencies
• Ability to translate customer priorities into actionable plans with milestones, owners, and success measures
• Strong judgment under ambiguity with ability to identify risks and drive timely decisions
• Experience building customer trust and leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills with executives, technical specialists, and operators
