Requirements

• 7+ years leading complex enterprise technology deployments, delivery programs or transformation initiatives
• Track record driving programs from scope through launch and adoption with measurable outcomes
• Strong technical aptitude with AI systems, APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture and security
• Ability to translate customer priorities into actionable plans with milestones, owners and success measures
• Strong judgment under ambiguity, identifying risks and driving timely decisions
• Experience building customer trust and leading across teams while holding stakeholders accountable
• Excellent communication with executives, technical specialists and customer operators
• Commercial awareness of how deployment, adoption and consumption drive value and growth
