• Track record designing, building and delivering software or AI systems in enterprise environments from prototype to production
• Substantial personal contributions in code, architecture, evaluation, debugging, integrations or production engineering
• Highly proficient in Python and comfortable across modern software development environments
• Active user of AI coding tools with a point of view on developer productivity
• Experience evaluating AI coding systems with representative tasks, automated evaluations and developer feedback
• Familiar with enterprise production needs like reliability, observability, security, privacy and cost
• Clear communicator across engineers, engineering leaders, security, product leaders and executives
• Comfortable leading technical workshops and hands-on enablement sessions
• Fluent in Japanese and English
