• Demonstrated track record designing, building, and delivering AI or ML systems in enterprise environments from prototype to production
• Substantial personal contributions in code, architecture, evaluation, debugging, or production engineering
• Highly proficient in Python and comfortable across AI application stack
• Understand systematic evaluation of AI systems using data, graders, and human judgment
• Navigated enterprise production requirements like reliability, security, privacy, and governance
• Can connect technical decisions to workflows, adoption, and measurable business outcomes
• Clear communication across engineers, technical leaders, security, product, and executives
• High agency and end-to-end ownership in ambiguous environments
