Requirements

• 12+ years of legal experience, primarily in commercial legal roles
• Deep, hands-on experience drafting and negotiating colocation and data center agreements
• Experience with first-party builds, construction/EPC, power, or build-to-suit projects
• Track record leading sophisticated, high-value infrastructure transactions
• Experience at a hyperscaler, cloud provider, data center developer, or leading law firm
• Mix of in-house and top-tier law firm experience
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced technical environment
• Strong communication skills translating legal issues into business guidance
• JD and license or qualification to practice in California
