Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at high-growth or high-bar environments
• Proven track record of hiring for business functions (e.g. Sales, Technical Success, RevOps, Partnerships, User Ops), preferably working on Technical roles
• Strong talent judgment, you can assess both experience and potential, and consistently raise the bar
• Comfortable operating as a strategic partner, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity
• Highly execution-oriented, with the ability to run multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality
• Skilled in building pipelines from scratch, especially in competitive or emerging talent markets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across regions and cultures
• Data-informed and structured in your approach, using insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes
• Experience with modern recruiting tools (e.g. Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) and a mindset for leveraging new technologies
