- 5+ years in program, project, construction, engineering, commissioning or infrastructure delivery

- Strong comfort defining KPIs, dashboards and reporting from project data
- Working knowledge of commissioning, QA/QC, inspections, deficiency management and turnover
- Ability to drive process and tool adoption across multidisciplinary stakeholders
