Requirements

• 5+ years in GSOC, corporate security, or protective operations or relevant degree
• Military, law enforcement, or emergency operations center experience may substitute
• Hands-on experience with access control and VMS platforms (e.g., Genetec)
• Proficiency with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace and incident documentation
• Familiarity with travel risk monitoring tools (e.g., International SOS) is a plus
• Experience with emergency mass notification systems and AI-enabled security tools helpful
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and composure under pressure
