Requirements

• Lead and scale data engineering teams in a fast-moving product or technology environment
• Strong technical judgment across SQL, Python or Scala, Spark, orchestration, and lakehouse or warehouse architectures
• Experience building growth, subscription, billing, payments, or revenue data products at scale
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into data contracts, metric definitions, and roadmaps
• Partner effectively with Data Science, Product, Finance, and Engineering stakeholders
• Commitment to data quality, privacy, security, and operational excellence
