• Strong SQL and analytical data-modeling skills turning large, complex datasets into reliable analyses and reusable data products
• Careful reasoning about metrics, cohorts, denominators, measurement changes, and uncertainty to validate data quality
• Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting used by business partners to enable decisions
• Sound business judgment to independently scope ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Clear communication and effective partnership with Finance, data scientists, and engineers
• Ability to use Python or comparable analytical tool to investigate data and automate work
