Requirements

• 10+ years in quantitative role such as Data Science, Growth Analytics or Decision Science supporting B2B marketing and demand generation
• Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference and applied statistics including incrementality testing for long B2B sales cycles
• Strong fluency in SQL and Python joining marketing, web, product, CRM, account and revenue data
• Proven ability to translate analysis into channel, campaign, budget and go-to-market decisions
• Strong understanding of B2B funnel mechanics, account-based journeys, qualification, attribution and pipeline-to-revenue dynamics
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Engineering
• AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using LLMs and agents for analysis and decision support
