Requirements

• Significant experience in business development, partnerships, corporate development, private equity, or founding roles leading complex deals from concept to execution

• Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into commercial thesis, use cases, economics, and executable plan
• Strong commercial and financial judgment including pricing, business models, and incentive-aligned negotiation
• Ability to learn industries quickly with understanding of enterprise buying and technology deployment
• Ability to partner with technical teams to connect capabilities to customer value and delivery
• Executive alignment and communication across organizations to drive decisions
• Comfortable with strategy and hands-on work including discovery, modeling, proposals, and negotiations
