• Built complex safety or risk program from ambiguity through launch and scaled operation
• Experience handling high-severity incidents, regulated workflows and sensitive data
• Technically fluent in data flows, telemetry, access controls, case systems and automation
• Clear communicator across operational, technical, legal and executive audiences
