Requirements

• 8+ years in electrical commissioning, construction, field engineering, startup or testing
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, backup power, grounding and protection
• Experience reviewing specs, checklists, test scripts and vendor startup procedures
• Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, QA/QC and project leadership in the field
• Strong judgment around readiness, safety, sequencing and risk escalation
• Clear technical writing and disciplined test evidence and issue tracking
• Able to be present on site for installation, startup and testing windows
