• Strong judgment across systems design, infrastructure and full-stack development
• Built developer tools, internal platforms or workflow automation systems
• Enjoys customer interaction and feedback-driven development loops
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving space
• Experience in operationally complex environments
