Requirements

• Deep European customs expertise including EU customs law, classification, valuation, origin and importer/exporter responsibilities
• Practical experience with customs valuation methods and import, export and sanctions requirements
• Record of building trade programs from the ground up balancing compliance, cost, speed and operations
• Direct experience managing hardware imports and bonded warehouse compliance across Europe
• Experience managing regulatory relationships and defending programs in audits and inquiries
• Ability to investigate shipment, inventory and customs data to drive decisions
• Practical experience using AI tools and validating outputs
• Experience leading cross-functional work across teams, partners and suppliers
