• Strong experience building sophisticated web applications and backend APIs
• Track record taking customer-facing products from ambiguous ideas to production and iteration
• Understanding of frontend performance, latency, interaction design and API architecture
• Experience using experimentation and A/B testing to guide product decisions
• Clear cross-functional communication and ability to move work forward without fully defined roadmap
• Hands-on engineering with mentorship and technical leadership
