Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing experience, ideally in high-growth technology or subscription businesses.
• 6+ years of deep, hands-on experience leading paid marketing across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate.
• Track record of launching, scaling, and optimizing B2B paid programs at significant budget levels with impact on pipeline or revenue.
• Experience marketing across self-serve, product-led, and sales-assisted journeys for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
• Experience partnering with Sales, GTM, product marketing, lifecycle, and marketing operations to build integrated acquisition programs.
• Strong analytical and measurement skills across experimentation, incrementality, attribution, and pipeline unit economics.
• Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, intent, attribution, and BI systems to connect media to business outcomes.
• Experience scaling B2B programs internationally, including localization and regional sales alignment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, test-and-learn mindset, and comfort with AI-enabled workflows.
