• 8+ years of consumer growth, acquisition, or performance marketing experience
• 6+ years leading paid marketing across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, Affiliate
• Track record scaling consumer paid programs at significant budget and audience scale
• Experience leading international consumer marketing across regions and languages
• Strong analytical skills in experimentation, incrementality, attribution and LTV/CAC
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to build durable growth systems
