Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing experience, including meaningful ownership of enterprise programs
• 6+ years of deep, hands-on experience leading paid marketing across channels at operational and strategic level
• Strong track record building and scaling enterprise ABM programs that generate account engagement, pipeline, and revenue
• Experience partnering with Sales, GTM, field marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations on integrated campaigns
• Deep understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, buying committees, long sales cycles, and sales-assisted conversion
• Experience connecting media and account signals across CRM, automation, intent, attribution, and BI systems
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills, including incrementality, attribution, and pipeline measurement
• Experience scaling enterprise marketing across international markets with localization
• Excellent stakeholder management, test-and-learn mindset, and comfort with AI-enabled workflows
