Requirements

• 10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, growth, product marketing, or martech
• Track record building and scaling lifecycle tooling or platforms with Engineering
• Product fluency across identity, data pipelines, segmentation, triggering and experimentation
• Deep journey craft designing evergreen programs from message to product value
• Strong experimentation judgment across incrementality, holdouts, retention and LTV
• Experience creating operating models, governance, templates and quality standards
• Executive-level cross-functional influence across Engineering, Product, Data and Legal
• Hands-on, systems-oriented leadership style with pragmatic tradeoffs
