Requirements

• 8+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, consulting or similar
• Direct experience in technology Professional Services, implementation, SI, consulting or managed services
• Deep command of services economics: pipeline, bookings, backlog, margin, utilization, capacity
• Exceptional modeling skills with spreadsheets, SQL, BI to build auditable demand and revenue models
• Strong commercial judgment across pricing, packaging, forecasting and enterprise delivery
• Record turning ambiguous strategy into operating mechanisms and measurable results
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional influence
• Low-ego, high-ownership style with interest in frontier AI customer value
