Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply-chain leadership in optics or hardware manufacturing
• Experience sourcing fiber-optic components, cable assemblies and passive optical assemblies
• Familiarity with fiber supply chain including harnesses, FAUs and optical packaging services
• Ability to evaluate suppliers on optical performance, reliability and manufacturability
• Track record leading competitive sourcing and negotiating complex supplier agreements
• Expertise in should-cost modeling, open-book pricing and total cost of ownership
• Experience securing capacity across complex multi-tier global supply chains
