Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, manufacturing partnerships, supplier management, procurement or supply-chain leadership in hardware/semiconductors
• Direct experience selecting, negotiating with and managing JDM, CM and ODM partners for complex hardware programs
• Understanding of JDM vs CM vs ODM models including design ownership, IP, commercial structures and operational risk
• Experience leading engagements from RFI/RFP through evaluation, contracting, onboarding, NPI, ramp and ongoing management
• Strong negotiation and agreement structuring across engineering services, tooling, capacity, pricing, IP, quality and delivery
• Expertise in manufacturing cost models, should-cost analysis, open-book pricing, TCO and cost-down planning
• Experience bringing new manufacturing programs online coordinating technical, commercial and operational readiness
• Technical credibility to collaborate with engineering on rack-scale systems, silicon and compute infrastructure
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environment and building scalable processes
