Requirements

• Significant experience in hardware systems planning, supply planning, program management, operations, or related role
• Strong understanding of dependencies among hardware demand, component supply, manufacturing capacity, configurations, site readiness, power, and deployment
• Experience building and managing integrated demand-and-supply plans at weekly granularity
• Demonstrated ability to pressure-test whether a plan is executable
• Exceptional analytical skills translating complex datasets into clear insights and actions
• Strong program leadership establishing operating cadences and driving cross-functional accountability
• Effective communication across cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments
• High ownership with bias toward surfacing risks early and driving resolution
