Infrastructure finance leader with 10+ years owning investment cases and capital budgets for large data center or power builds, comfortable partnering with engineers and executives to fund complex projects at scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years across strategic finance, infrastructure finance, project development or related fields
• Finance leader for large-scale data center builds or major electric generation projects
• Owned investment analysis, capital budgets and financial decisions through development and construction
• Investment banking or private equity background strongly preferred
• Strong command of project finance, capex and cash flow forecasting and infrastructure financing structures
• Excellent financial modeling skills with judgment to test assumptions and quantify uncertainty
• Working knowledge of construction cost drivers, power timelines, procurement, contracts and change orders
• Proven track record hiring, leading and developing high-performing teams
