Requirements

• 15+ years in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, business development or general management in tech
• Record of developing high-impact partnerships with major technology companies
• Deep understanding of LATAM market dynamics across multiple countries and sub-regions
• Product-minded with ability to engage technical teams and navigate roadmap tradeoffs
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and executive relationship-management skills
• Strong analytical judgment using data to set priorities and communicate impact
• Operates effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous cross-functional environments
• Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
