Requirements

• 15+ years in marketplaces, platforms, ecosystems, product, partnerships, or general management
• Proven ownership of a scaled B2B marketplace or platform with measurable outcomes
• Deep understanding of partner supply and customer demand development
• Strong product and commercial judgment balancing growth, quality, trust, and ecosystem health
• Ability to align product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, legal, security, policy, and operations
• Outstanding executive communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience building teams and operating models in fast-moving tech companies
