Requirements

• At least five years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting hardware, engineering, or similarly technical organizations
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams across technical, creative, and operational disciplines
• Ability to guide leaders through difficult trade-offs and adapt as circumstances change
• Skill in delivering candid feedback and strengthening leadership capability
• Sound judgment and resourceful problem-solving without an existing playbook
• Steadiness, empathy, and influence during ambiguity or transition
