- Experience working with support vendors to diagnose escalations and document verified resolutions
- Practical knowledge of enterprise networking including VLANs, DNS, DHCP and multicast
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting AV over IP including Q-LAN, Dante and NDI
- Experience using scripting and AI workflows to automate repeatable administration
