Requirements
- Strong expertise in macOS with working knowledge of Windows
- Experience with identity and device management tools such as Azure AD, Jamf and Intune
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack and Atlassian products
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting AV systems such as Google Meet, Teams and Crestron
- Experience leading or coordinating support across multiple offices and time zones
- Track record improving support operations through documentation, workflow design and automation
- Experience managing vendors, inventory, procurement and workplace technology operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
