Requirements

• Experience building go-to-market systems, customer-data products or marketing technology
• Ownership of platforms connecting data, decisions and workflows to commercial outcomes
• Strong product judgment to prioritize opportunities and sequence delivery
• Ability to translate identity, enrichment, scoring and routing into system requirements
• Experience designing solutions with marketers and sales teams
• Ability to explore data with analytics platforms, SQL, APIs or AI-assisted prototyping
• Experience evaluating build, buy and integration choices across CRM and marketing systems
• Experience leading a small team and aligning senior cross-functional partners
• Sound judgment on privacy, consent, governance and customer trust
• Experience in advertising, SMB, self-serve or product-led SaaS businesses
