- Proficiency in Python, SQL, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow and forecasting libraries
- Experience with model monitoring, debugging, and long-term maintenance in production
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with executive stakeholders
- Self-directed, intellectually curious, comfortable leading ambiguous 0-to-1 projects
