Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in deep learning and transformer models
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Experience with search relevance, ads ranking, or LLMs is a plus
• Familiar with training and fine-tuning LLMs such as distillation, SFT, and policy optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with proactive approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to move fast amid ambiguity, competing priorities, and deadlines
