Requirements
- Significant experience managing customer-facing technical teams such as Applied AI Engineers, Solutions Architects or Forward Deployed Engineers
- Built or led teams implementing complex software, data, ML or AI systems in enterprise environments
- Technical depth to evaluate architectures and coach on model selection, evaluations, reliability and security
- Experience taking AI, ML or complex systems from prototype to production
- Understanding of production requirements including reliability, observability, security, privacy and governance
- Experience working with large organizations with multiple stakeholders and governance requirements
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional partnership skills
