Requirements

• 8+ years in deeply technical, customer-facing roles such as applied engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
• 2+ years leading technical teams with hiring, mentoring, and managing high-performing engineers
• Experience building or deploying generative AI, ML, developer platforms, or cloud software in production
• Strong technical depth across APIs, AI/ML systems, application architecture, and cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on software engineering fluency with Python or JavaScript
• Comfortable working with engineering, product teams, CTOs and executive stakeholders
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into technical approaches from exploration to production
• Strong judgment on deep customer investment vs repeatable segment solutions
• Effective communicator across technical and business audiences
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments at forefront of AI adoption
