Requirements

• Significant experience managing customer-facing technical teams such as Applied AI, Solutions Architecture or Forward Deployed Engineering
• Built or led teams implementing complex software, data, ML or AI systems in enterprise environments
• Technical depth to evaluate architectures and coach decisions on model selection, evaluations and reliability
• Experience taking AI, ML or complex systems from prototype to production
• Understanding of production requirements including reliability, security, privacy, governance and observability
• Experience with large organizations, multi-business-unit stakeholders and governance requirements
• Track record of coaching team members and building inclusive high-performing teams
