Requirements

- Broad U.S. GAAP expertise across financial instruments, consolidation, business combinations and impairment
- Working knowledge of ASC 320, 321, 323, 326, 350, 360, 470, 480, 718, 805, 810, 815 and 820
- Experience preparing audit-ready technical memoranda and working with external auditors
- Experience with close and reporting, acquisitions, complex ownership structures and impairment assessments
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub or similar source-to-ledger systems
