- Experience coordinating travel, meetings and executive operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills
- Fluency with Google Workspace, Slack and modern productivity tools
- Interest in AI and comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
