Requirements

• 4-7 years of executive support, executive operations, or similar experience
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proven skill managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel and meetings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to operate independently amid changing priorities
• Fluency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern productivity tools
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with interest in AI
