- Proficiency in industry-standard motion design and animation tools
- Strong fundamentals in storytelling, timing, composition, typography and visual systems
- Experience translating complex products or technologies into accessible creative work
- Experience creating motion across B2B marketing touchpoints
- Ability to collaborate across creative and business disciplines and communicate decisions clearly
- Comfort working with evolving briefs, technical subject matter and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environment with high bar for quality
