Senior hands-on billing operator with deep marketplace judgment who thrives on ownership, cross-functional execution, and building reliable, audit-ready processes at scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Billing Operations, Order Management, partner billing or usage-based billing
- Experience with cloud marketplaces and partner-billing models including private offers, credits, settlements
- Track record owning complex cross-functional launches from UAT to stabilization
- Ability to drive execution and influence across Finance, Product, Engineering, GTM and Legal
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Stripe, Metronome or similar
- Experience governing BPO or offshore delivery including SLAs, QA and capacity planning
- Strong command of operational controls, reconciliations, audit readiness and month-end close
- Exceptional analytical and executive communication skills with comfort in ambiguity
