Requirements

• Partner, Senior Partner, Managing Director or equivalent leadership at McKinsey or top strategy / transformation firm
• Proven ownership of a global, multi-year strategic partnership with measurable commercial outcomes
• Track record shaping and closing CxO- and board-level transformations from strategy to production
• Experience designing operating models, governance and escalation across partner-led organizations
• Deep literacy in enterprise AI, data, cloud, security, governance and organizational change
• Industry expertise in a priority vertical such as financial services, healthcare or life sciences
• Ability to influence Product, Research, Sales, Technical and partner teams without direct authority
