Requirements

• 7+ years in operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or GTM operations
• Track record building operating processes and cross-functional workflows from scratch
• Experience supporting end-to-end deal lifecycle in enterprise tech or regulated environments
• Exceptional program management across high-priority workstreams and stakeholders
• Strong systems and data orientation with CRM, reporting and workflow tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence without authority
