Requirements

• 6+ years in energy infrastructure, energy project development, site development, data center development, or related project delivery roles
• Strong understanding of utility coordination, interconnection processes, and development scheduling
• Experience managing multi-party workstreams across developers, utilities, consultants, and agencies
• Ability to track multiple complex sites concurrently and translate uncertainty into clear actions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
