Requirements

• 7+ years of professional full-stack or product engineering experience
• Track record shipping polished user-facing products and production backend systems
• Strong frontend skills with TypeScript, React, and modern web development
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and data models in Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript or similar
• Strong product judgment taking ambiguous problems from concept to launch and iteration
• Experience with complex workflows, collaboration, enterprise users, or trust-sensitive environments
• Ability to reason about async work, stateful systems, reliability, performance and security
• Proven ability to partner with product, design, research and engineering teams
